Production
Seattle
We are currently hiring for key positions in our production team. We are looking for skilled, motivated people interested in developing a career within a growing, innovative design and manufacturing company. Our production model is team based and focused on optimizing flow and quality. As a result, we are especially interested in people who have leadership experience or interest in moving into leadership within the production team.

Currently our primary focus is hiring for cabinet building, CNC, finishing, and assembly positions. Experience in these areas is a big plus, but if you have experience in other craft areas, we have a training program in place and will train talented, passionate people.

Production Intern (Paid Position)

We are seeking full-time general production interns for our Seattle design and manufacturing operation.

We have had some great intern stories over the years. First-time job holders who have become skilled craftspeople and key team members, early career makers who are now Directors of Production, and mid-career, former business owners who want to change their direction and have ended up leading important functional areas within the team.

We are looking for individuals interested in a career opportunity with our company. The most important qualities required are a creative and inquisitive mind, exceptional drive, ability to execute thoroughly, and a keen interest in the business. Experience with basic hand and power tools is critical, as this a production facility with physical work including fine hand work. Must be eager to learn and contribute.
